சர்வதேச பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான வன்முறைகள் ஒழிப்பு தினம் - International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women :

✒️Women are subjected to various forms of violence worldwide. The UN Council decided to show the violence against women to the outside of the world and take reasonable decisions. Therefore, on December 17, 1999, the UN General Assembly declared November 25 as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.

• உலகளவில் பெண்கள் பலவிதமான வன்முறைகளுக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படுகின்றனர். பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான வன்முறைகளை வெளி உலகிற்கு காட்டி அதற்கான, நியாயமான முடிவுகளை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என ஐ.நா.சபை முடிவெடுத்தது. எனவே 1999ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 17ஆம் தேதி ஐ.நா.சபை கூடியபோது ஆண்டுதோறும் நவம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதியை பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான வன்முறைகள் ஒழிப்பு தினத்தை சர்வதேச தினமாகப் பிரகடனம் செய்தது.

கார்ல் பென்ஸ் - Carl Friedrich Benz - German Engine Designer & Automotive Engineer :

✒️Car inventor, engine designer and automotive engineer Carl Friedrich Benz was born on 25th November 1844 in Muhlberg, Germany.

• கார் கண்டுபிடிப்பாளர் மற்றும் இயந்திரவியலாளருமான கார்ல் பென்ஸ் 1844ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி ஜெர்மனியிலுள்ள மூல்பர்க் நகரில் பிறந்தார்.

• எரிபொருளில் இயங்கும் நான்கு சக்கர வாகனம் தயாரிப்பது குறித்து இடைவிடாமல் சிந்தித்து, கற்பனையில் கணக்கற்ற வரைபடங்களாக தீட்டினார். பின்பு இயந்திரங்களின் சுழற்சி நுணுக்கங்களை அறிந்துகொண்டு, நான்கு சக்கர வண்டியைத் தயாரித்தார். அது நகருமாறு இயந்திரங்களை இணைத்தார். கை சுழற்சியால் சிறிது தூரம் அது தானாகவே ஓடும்படி செய்தார்.

• பின்பு இவரது மனைவி பெர்த்தா ரிங்கருடன் இணைந்து ஸ்பார்க் பிளக், கார்பரேட்டர், கிளச், கியர் ஷாப்ட் போன்றவற்றை உருவாக்கி காப்புரிமை பெற்றார். இவர்கள் 2-ஸ்ட்ரோக் இன்ஜினை வடிவமைத்து 1879ஆம் ஆண்டு காப்புரிமை பெற்றனர்.

• பென்ஸ் அண்ட் ஸீ நிறுவனம் 1883ஆம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்டது. பென்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் மோட்டார் வேகன் 1885ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. எரிபொருளால் இயங்கும் முதல் வாகனம் இது. 1886ஆம் ஆண்டு இவர் இந்த வாகனத்திற்கான காப்புரிமையைப் பெற்றார்.

• இவர்கள் தயாரித்த இருவர் பயணிக்கும் 'விக்டோரியா" வாகனம் (1893), முதல் சரக்கு வாகனம் (1895) ஆகியவை நல்ல வரவேற்பை பெற்று தந்தது. 4000 வாகனங்கள் விற்பனையுடன் உலகின் முதல்தர வாகன உற்பத்தியாளர் என்ற மதிப்பை 1903ஆம் ஆண்டு பென்ஸ் நிறுவனம் பெற்றது.

• பென்ஸ் நிறுவனம் முதலாம் உலகப் போருக்குப் பிறகு, டிஎம்ஜி மோட்டார் நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டு, 'மெர்சிடிஸ்-பென்ஸ்" என்ற புதிய வடிவம் பெற்றது. அதுவே வர்த்தகப் பெயராக நிலைத்து நின்றது.

• உலகம் முழுவதும் நம்மைச் சுற்ற வைத்த சாதனையாளர் கார்ல் பென்ஸ் 1929ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 4ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
