✒️National Cancer Awareness Day is celebrated in India every year on 7th November, the purpose of this day is to spread awareness about the symptoms, severity and treatment of various types of cancer.

• ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி இந்தியாவில் தேசிய புற்றுநோய் விழிப்புணர்வு தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது, இந்நாளின் நோக்கம் பல்வேறு வகையான புற்றுநோய்களின் அறிகுறிகள், அதன் தீவிரம் மற்றும் சிகிச்சை பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை பரப்புவதாகும்.

பச்சிளம் குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு தினம் - Infant Protection Day:

✒️Infant Protection Day is celebrated on 7th November every year across the world. The aim of this day is to protect infants and reduce their mortality rate.

• பச்சிளம் குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு தினம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி உலகம் முழுவதும் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. இந்நாளின் நோக்கம் சிசுக்களைப் பாதுகாப்பதும் அவர்களின் இறப்பு விகிதத்தைக் குறைப்பதும் ஆகும்.

சர்.சி.வி.இராமன் - Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman - Indian Physicist :

✒️Sir Chandrasekara Venkata Raman, the world renowned Indian science genius was born on 7th November 1888 in Thiruvanaikaval, Trichy district, Tamilnadu, India.

• He studied in Presidency College, Madras in 1902 and in 1904 passed his B.A. examination, winning the first place and the gold medal in physics in 1907 he obtained his M.A. degree with distinctions.

• Due to the lack of science-based employment in India during that period, he joined the service as the Deputy Chief Accountant of Finance in Kolkata. He worked part time at the Indian Institute of Scientific Development, founded by Mahendralal Sarkar. He did research on the vibrations and scattering of musical instruments.

• He discovered the wavelength change that occurs in scattered light waves when light penetrates an object. The Raman effect is the name given to the wavelength change of such scattered light. He was awarded the 1930 Nobel Prize in Physics for this discovery. This is the first time that a person educated only in India has won the Nobel Prize.

• He was awarded India's highest award, the Bharat Ratna in 1954 and the All-World 'Lenin Prize' in 1957. 

• The great Indian scientist Sir C.V.Raman died in 21st November 1970.

• உலகம் போற்றும் இந்திய அறிவியல் மேதை சர் சந்திரசேகர வெங்கட ராமன் 1888ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி திருச்சி மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள திருவானைக்காவல் என்னும் ஊரில் பிறந்தார்.

• அந்த காலக்கட்டத்தில் இந்தியாவில் அறிவியல் துறை சார்ந்த வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் இல்லாததால், கொல்கத்தாவில் நிதித்துறை துணை தலைமை கணக்கராக பணியில் சேர்ந்தார். மகேந்திரலால் சர்க்கார் நிறுவிய இந்திய அறிவியல் வளர்ச்சி கழகத்தில் பகுதி நேரமாக வேலை செய்தார். இசைக்கருவிகளின் அதிர்வுகள், ஒளிச்சிதறல் பற்றி ஆய்வுகளை செய்தார். 

• ஒளி ஒரு பொருளில் ஊடுருவிச் செல்லும் பொழுது சிதறும் ஒளியலைகளில் ஏற்படும் அலைநீள மாற்றத்தை இவர் கண்டுபிடித்தார். இப்படிச் சிதறும் ஒளியின் அலைநீள மாற்றத்திற்கு இராமன் விளைவு(Raman Effect) என்று பெயர். இக்கண்டுபிடிப்புக்குத் தான் இவருக்கு 1930ஆம் ஆண்டு இயற்பியல் துறைக்கான நோபல் பரிசு அளிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்தியாவில் மட்டுமே படித்த ஒருவர் நோபல் பரிசு பெற்றது அதுவே முதல் முறையாகும்.

• இவருக்கு இந்தியாவின் உயரிய விருதான பாரத ரத்னா விருது 1954ஆம் ஆண்டும், அகில 'உலக லெனின் பரிசு" 1957ஆம் ஆண்டும் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. பெரும் புகழ்பெற்ற இந்திய அறிவியல் அறிஞர் சர்.சி.வி.இராமன் 1970ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 21ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

Marie Curie - Physicist - Chemist

மேரி கியூரி - Marie Salomea Skłodowska Curie - Polish-French Physicist - Chemist :

✒️Scientific genius Marie Curie, who is an example for every woman, was born on 7th November, 1867 in Warsaw, Poland. He discovered radioactive elements like radium, polonium and thorium. Later, radium was used to treat tumors in the body. It was called 'Curie Therapy'. His achievements include a theory of radioactivity and techniques for extracting radioactive isotopes. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry in 1903 and 1911. Marie Curie, who created excellence in the field of medicine, died on 4th July, 1934.

• ஒவ்வொரு பெண்ணிற்கும் உதாரணமாக திகழும் அறிவியல் மேதை மேரி கியூரி 1867ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி போலந்தின் வார்சா நகரில் பிறந்தார். 

• இவர் ரேடியம், பொலோனியம், தோரியம் போன்ற கதிர்வீச்சு தனிமங்களை கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளார். பிறகு உடலில் ஏற்படும் கட்டிகளுக்கு சிகிச்சை அளிக்க ரேடியம் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டது. அதனை 'கியூரி தெரபி" என்று அழைத்தனர்.

• இவருடைய சாதனைகள் கதிரியக்கம் பற்றிய ஓர் கோட்பாடு, கதிரியக்க ஐசோடோப்புகளை பிரித்தெடுக்கும் நுட்பங்கள் ஆகியனவாகும். இவர் இயற்பியல் மற்றும் வேதியியலுக்கான நோபல் பரிசை 1903, 1911ஆம் ஆண்டுகளில் பெற்றுள்ளார். 

• மருத்துவத்துறையில் மேன்மையை ஏற்படுத்திய மேரி கியூரி 1934ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுலை 4ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟 1954ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி இந்திய திரைப்படத்துறையில் முக்கிய பங்காற்றிய நடிகர் கமல்ஹாசன் ராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள பரமக்குடியில் பிறந்தார் - On November 7, 1954, actor Kamal Haasan, who played an important role in the Indian film industry, was born in Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram district.

🌟 1993ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி இந்திய ஆன்மீகவாதி கிருபானந்த வாரியார் மறைந்தார் - On November 7, 1993, Kirupanandha Variyar Shaivite spiritual teacher from India was passed away.

🌟 1665ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி உலகின் மிகப்பழமையான தி லண்டன் கசெட், முதலாவது இதழ் வெளியானது - On November 7, 1665, the first issue of The London Gazette, the oldest in the world, was published.

🌟 உலகின் முதல் சரக்கு விமானம் 1910 ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 7 ஆம் தேதி அமெரிக்காவில் டேட்டனுக்கும் கொலம்பஸுக்கும் இடையில் ஓஹியோவில் நடந்தது - World's first cargo flight took place on 7th November 1910 in the U.S. between Dayton and Columbus in Ohio.
