TNREGINET is the official portal of Tamil Nadu Registration Department. Slot booking means fixing a date and time to visit the SRO for document registration. Without a booked slot, your document will not be accepted.

Documents Required for Slot Booking

• Property Details: Survey No, Patta No, Village, Taluk, District.

• Seller & Buyer Details: Name, Father Name, Aadhaar, PAN, Address, Mobile.

• Witness Details: Two Witness, Name, Father Name, Aadhaar, Address.

• Guideline Value Details - Check from TNREGINET portal.

• Encumbrance Certificate - Optional but recommended.

• Previous Document Copy: Parent document.

Step by Step: TNREGINET Online Slot Booking 2026

• Go to official website:TNREGINET Portal - Property Registration.

• Click Online Services > Appointment for Registration.

• Select District > SRO Name > Document Type like Sale Deed, Gift Deed...

• Enter property details and guideline value.

• Enter Buyer and Seller details with Aadhaar,Pan and Mobile.

• Enter Witness details with Aadhaar.

• Choose Available Date & Time Slot.

• Pay the Token Fees Rs.100 online via Netbanking/UPI.

• Download and take printout of Appointment Slip.

Important Points :

• Reach SRO 30 minutes before your slot time with all original documents.

• Both Buyer and Seller must be present with 2 witnesses.

• Token fee Rs.100 is non-refundable.

• You can reschedule the slot 1 time before 24 hours.
