Q1: Can bail be granted in Section 302 IPC? A: No. It is a non-bailable and cognizable offence. Only High Court or Session Court can grant bail in special circumstances.
Q2: What is the difference between 302 and 304 Part 1? A: 302 = Intention to kill. 304 Part 1 = Intention to cause bodily injury that causes death. Punishment in 304 is less.
Q3: Is Life Imprisonment 14 years or till death? A: As per law, Life means till death. But Section 432 CrPC allows Govt to remit after 14 years.
