பராக் ஒபாமா - Barack Hussein Obama - Lawyer - Politician - Author - First African-American president of the United States (44th president) :
✒️Former American President Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii, USA. He won the presidential election in 2008 as a candidate of Democratic Party. He became the president again in the presidential election held on November 6, 2012. Before becoming President, he served as a member of the United States Senate representing the state of Illinois. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009. He is the first African American president in American history.
- அமெரிக்க முன்னாள் அதிபர் பராக் ஒபாமா 1961ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 4ஆம் தேதி அமெரிக்காவிலுள்ள ஹவாயில் பிறந்தார்.
- இவர் 2008ஆம் ஆண்டு அரசுத்தலைவர் தேர்தலில் மக்களாட்சி கட்சி வேட்பாளராகப் போட்டியிட்டு வெற்றி பெற்றார். நவம்பர் 6, 2012ஆம் ஆண்டு நடந்த அதிபர் தேர்தலில் மீண்டும் அதிபர் ஆனார்.
- அதிபராவதற்கு முன் இவர் அமெரிக்க நாடாளுமன்ற மேலவையில் (செனட்) இலினொய் மாநிலத்தின் சார்பில் இளைய உறுப்பினராகப் பணியாற்றினார்.
- இவர் 2009ஆம் ஆண்டு அமைதிக்கான நோபல் பரிசு பெற்றார். அமெரிக்க வரலாற்றில் ஆப்பிரிக்க அமெரிக்க இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்த முதலாவது குடியரசுத் தலைவர் என்ற பெருமைக்குரியவர்.

🌟The Footwear Design and Development Institute Act, 2017 : It was enacted on 4th August 2017 & came into force on 16th October 2017, to establish and declare the Footwear Design and Development Institute as an institution of national importance for the promotion and development of quality and excellence in education, research and training in all disciplines relating to footwear and leather products design and development and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

🌟 சிட்னியில் மத்திய ரயில்நிலையம் 1906 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆக்ஸ்ட் 4 ஆம் தேதி திறக்கப்பட்டது - Sydney Central railway station was opened on 4th August 1906.
🌟 1929ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 4ஆம் தேதி தமிழக மிருதங்க கலைஞர் வேலூர் ஜி.ராமபத்ரன் பிறந்தார் - Percussion (mridangam) Artist Vellore G.Ramabhadran from Tamilnadu, was born on this 4th day of August 1929.
🌟 1935ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 4ஆம் தேதி தமிழக எழுத்தாளர் நா.தர்மராஜன் பிறந்தார் - Na.Dharmarajan, Writer from Tamilnadu, was born on this 4th day of August 1935.
🌟 2007ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 4ஆம் தேதி நாசாவின் பீனிக்ஸ் விண்கலம் செவ்வாய்க்கோளை நோக்கி ஏவப்பட்டது - On August 4, 2007, NASA's Phoenix spacecraft was launched towards Mars.
🌟 2008ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 4ஆம் தேதி உலகளவில் மொழியியல் துறையில் புகழ்பெற்ற தமிழறிஞர் ச.அகத்தியலிங்கம் மறைந்தார் - S.Agathiyalingam, a world-renowned Tamil scholar in the field of linguistics, was passed away on 4th August 2008.
