In that line today we are going to know about "World Tsunami Awareness Day - Chittaranjan Das (Deshbandhu), Lawyer, Freedom Fighter, Political Activist - Banarsi Das Gupta, Politician, Freedom Fighter, Former Chief Minister of Haryana - Virat Kohli, Cricketer - Bhupen Hazarika, Indian Singer."

உலக சுனாமி விழிப்புணர்வு தினம் - World Tsunami Awareness Day :

✒️In December 2015, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution to celebrate the 5th of November every year as World Tsunami Awareness Day in order to raise awareness about Tsunami.

• சுனாமி குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை மக்களிடம் ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையில், ஆண்டுதோறும் நவம்பர் 5ஆம் தேதியை உலக சுனாமி விழிப்புணர்வு தினமாக கொண்டாட, ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் அவையில் கடந்த 2015ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.

Chittaranjan Das - Freedom Fighter

சித்தரஞ்சன் தாஸ் - Chittaranjan Das (Deshbandhu) - Lawyer - Freedom Fighter & Political Activist :

✒️Freedom movement leader Chittaranjan Das, fondly called Deshbandhu (friend of nation) by the people, was born on November 5, 1870 in bikrampur near Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. While active in politics, he rose to prominence in the Indian National Congress. Subhash Chandra Bose hailed him as his political guru. Dissatisfied with the Congress' abandonment of the Non-Cooperation Movement, he launched the Swarajya Party in 1922. He became a member of the Parliamentary Council in 1923. The Swarajya Party won the 1924 Calcutta Municipal Elections and Chittaranjan Das became the Mayor. He was the one who brought village panchayat and village self-government in his five year plan. Being a poet he has written & published two volumes of his poem 'Malancha’ and ‘Mala’  and 'Sagar Sangeet' poetry anthology, 'Kishor Kishori', 'Antaryami' etc. This philanthropist, who was poor due to his giving nature, bequeathed his house and surrounding lands for the benefit of destitute women. Such a great heart died on 16 June 1925 at the age of 54.

• தேசபந்து என்று மக்களால் அன்புடன் அழைக்கப்பட்ட சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத் தலைவர் சித்தரஞ்சன் தாஸ், 1870ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 5ஆம் தேதி வங்கதேசத் தலைநகர் தாகா அருகே விக்ரம்பூரில் பிறந்தார்.

• தீவிர அரசியலில் ஈடுபட்டு, இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரஸில் முக்கியத் தலைவராக உயர்ந்தார். இவரை தன் அரசியல் குருவாகப் போற்றினார் சுபாஷ் சந்திரபோஸ்.

• ஒத்துழையாமை இயக்கத்தை காங்கிரஸ் கைவிட்டதால் அதிருப்தி அடைந்து, 1922ஆம் ஆண்டு சுயராஜ்ஜியக் கட்சியைத் தொடங்கினார்.

• 1923ஆம் ஆண்டு நாடாளுமன்ற கவுன்சில் உறுப்பினரானார். 1924ஆம் ஆண்டு நடந்த கல்கத்தா மாநகராட்சித் தேர்தலில் சுயராஜ்ஜியக் கட்சி வெற்றி பெற்று, சித்தரஞ்சன் தாஸ் மேயரானார். கிராமப் பஞ்சாயத்து, கிராம சுயாட்சி ஆகியவற்றை அப்போதே தனது ஐந்து அம்ச திட்டத்தில் கொண்டு வந்தவர் இவர் தான்.

• சாகர் சங்கீத் கவிதைத் தொகுப்பு, மாலா, கிஷோர் கிஷோரி, அந்தர்யாமி உள்ளிட்ட படைப்புகள் மற்றும் திலகர் குறித்து பல நூல்கள் எழுதியுள்ளார். தன் ஈகை குணத்தால் ஏழையான இந்த வள்ளல், தன் வீட்டையும் அதைச் சுற்றியுள்ள நிலங்களையும் ஆதரவற்ற பெண்களின் நலனுக்காக எழுதி வைத்தார். இவர் 1925ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 16ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

பனாரசி தாஸ் குப்தா - Banarsi Das Gupta - Politician - Freedom Fighter - Former Chief Minister of Haryana :

✒️Freedom fighter and social reformer Banarasi Das Gupta was born on 5th November 1917 at Bhiwani, Haryana. He was jailed for 2 years for participating in the Quit India Protest. After the independence of India, he fought for annexation of Jind region to India and achieved it along with Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He won the 1968 Bhiwani assembly by-election. He won again in 1972. He served as Minister of Power, Irrigation, Agriculture and Health. He was elected Chief Minister of Haryana in 1975. Haryana saw progress in many fields during his reign. He was fondly called Babuji. He worked keeping in mind the progress of the country and national unity. Banarasi Das Gupta, who worked tirelessly in the fields of social development, education and literature, passed away on 29th August 2007.

• சுதந்திரப் போராட்ட வீரரும், சமூக சீர்திருத்தவாதியுமான பனாரசி தாஸ் குப்தா 1917ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 5ஆம் தேதி ஹரியானாவில் உள்ள பிவானி என்ற இடத்தில் பிறந்தார்.

• வெள்ளையனே வெளியேறு போராட்டத்தில் கலந்துகொண்டதால் 2 ஆண்டுகள் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டார். இந்தியா விடுதலை அடைந்த பிறகு ஜீந்த் பகுதியை இந்தியாவுடன் இணைக்க வேண்டும் என்று போராட்டம் நடத்திய இவர், சர்தார் வல்லபாய் படேலுடன் இணைந்து அதை சாதித்தார்.

• 1968ஆம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற பிவானி சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதி இடைத்தேர்தலில் வெற்றி பெற்றார். 1972ஆம் ஆண்டு மீண்டும் வெற்றி பெற்றார். மின்சாரம், பாசனம், விவசாயம், சுகாதாரம் ஆகிய பல்வேறு துறைகளின் அமைச்சராகப் பணியாற்றினார். 1975ஆம் ஆண்டு ஹரியானா முதலமைச்சராகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். இவரது ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் ஹரியானா மாநிலம் பல துறைகளிலும் முன்னேற்றம் கண்டது.

• இவர் பாபுஜி என்று அன்போடு அழைக்கப்பட்டார். நாட்டு முன்னேற்றத்தையும், தேசிய ஒருமைப்பாட்டையும் கருத்தில் கொண்டே செயல்பட்டவர். சமூக மேம்பாடு, கல்வி, இலக்கியம் ஆகிய பல களங்களில் முனைப்புடன் பாடுபட்ட பனாரசி தாஸ் குப்தா 2007ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 29ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟 உலகின் தலைசிறந்த பேட்ஸ்மேன், இந்திய  கிரிக்கெட் அணியின் முன்னாள் கேப்டன் விராட் கோலி, 1988ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 5ஆம் தேதி பிறந்தார் - Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, one of the world's greatest batsmen and former captain of the Indian national team, was born on 5th November 1988.

🌟 2011ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 5ஆம் தேதி இந்திய பாடகர் பூபேன் அசாரிகா மறைந்தார் - Indian singer Bhupen Hazarika was passed away on 5th November 2011.
