உலக மருந்தாளுநர்கள் தினம் - World Pharmacists Day :

✒️This day is celebrated on 25th September every year across the world to recognize the work of pharmacists and the role they play in improving global health.

• உலகளாவிய ஆரோக்கியத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதில் மருந்தாளுனர்களின் பணி மற்றும் அவர்கள் வகிக்கும் பங்கை அங்கீகரிப்பதற்காக ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் செப்டம்பர் 25 ஆம் தேதி உலகம் முழுவதும் இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

Udumalai Narayana Kavi - Renowned Poet

உடுமலை நாராயணகவி - Udumalai Narayana Kavi - Poet - Lyricist :

✒️Udumalai Narayana kavi, the legendary film lyricist and instilled a national spirit in the people with his evocative songs, was born on 25th September 1899 in a village called Poolavadi next to Udumalaipettai in Coimbatore district. He enthusiastically learned rural arts like puraviyattam, chiku melam, thappattam, udukatippattu, oyil, and kummi. It was a period when the freedom struggle was intense. He wrote nationally sensitive songs and made them sing on stage. He wrote songs full of social reform ideas. He was a leading lyricist. He was fondly and respectfully called 'Kavirayar'. He got a special place for himself in the film industry. He has also written thousands of songs. Udumalai Narayanakavi, who was a multifaceted poet, playwright, actor and reformer, passed away on 23rd May 1981. The Government of India issued a postage stamp in 2008 to honor the memory of Udumalai Narayana Kavi. The Tamil Nadu government has erected a bell hall in his birth place to honor him.

• பழம்பெரும் திரைப்பட பாடல் ஆசிரியரும், தனது எழுச்சிமிக்க பாடல்களால் மக்களிடம் தேசிய உணர்வை ஊட்டியவருமான உடுமலை நாராயணகவி 1899ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி கோயம்புத்தூர் மாவட்டம் உடுமலைப்பேட்டையை அடுத்த பூவிளைவாடி என்ற கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார்.

• இவர் புரவியாட்டம், சிக்குமேளம், தப்பாட்டம், உடுக்கடிப்பாட்டு, ஒயில், கும்மி போன்ற கிராமியக் கலைகளை ஆர்வத்துடன் கற்றார். விடுதலைப் போராட்டம் தீவிரமாக இருந்த காலக்கட்டம் அது. தேசிய உணர்வுமிக்க பாடல்களை எழுதி, மேடைதோறும் முழங்கச் செய்தார்.

• இவர் சமுதாய சீர்திருத்தக் கருத்துக்கள் நிறைந்த பாடல்களை எழுதினார். இவர் முன்னணி பாடல் ஆசிரியராகத் திகழ்ந்தவர். 'கவிராயர்" என்று அன்போடும், மரியாதையோடும் அழைக்கப்பட்டார்.

• இவர் திரையுலகில் தனக்கென்று தனி இடத்தைப் பெற்றார். பல்லாயிரக்கணக்கான பாடல்களையும் எழுதியுள்ளார்.

• கவிஞர், நாடக ஆசிரியர், நடிகர், சீர்திருத்தவாதி என பன்முகப் பரிமாணம் கொண்ட உடுமலை நாராயணகவி 1981ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 23ந் தேதி மறைந்தார். இந்திய அரசு உடுமலை நாராயணகவி நினைவை போற்றும் வகையில் 2008ஆம் ஆண்டு அஞ்சல்தலை வெளியிட்டது. இவர் பிறந்த ஊரில் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு இவரை போற்றும் வகையில் மணிமண்டபத்தை அமைத்துள்ளது.

ஓலி கிறிஸ்டென்சென் ரோமர் - Ole Christensen Romer - Astronomer :

✒️Danish astronomer, Ole Christensen Romer was born on September 25, 1644 in Aarhus, Denmark. He was the first to measure the speed of light in 1676. In 1705, he was appointed as the second Chief of Police of Copenhagen. Ole Christensen Romer died on September 19, 1710.

• டென்மார்க் நாட்டு வானியலாளர், ஓலி கிறிஸ்டென்சென் ரோமர் 1644ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி டென்மார்க்கில் உள்ள ஆர்ஹஸ் என்ற இடத்தில் பிறந்தார்.

• இவர் 1676ஆம் ஆண்டு ஒளியின் வேகத்தை அளவியல் முறைகளால் முதலில் கண்டறிந்தவர்.

• இவர் 1705ஆம் ஆண்டு கோபன்ஹேகன் காவல்துறையின் இரண்டாவது தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். ஓலி கிறிஸ்டென்சென் ரோமர் 1710ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 19ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 : It was enacted & enforced on 25th September 1965, to provide for the payment of bonus to persons employed in certain establishments and for matters connected therewith.

🌟The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 : It was enacted & enforced on 25th September 1956, to provide for the establishment of a Commission for the development of Khadi and Village Industries and for matters connected therewith.

🌟The Goa, Daman and Diu (Extension of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Arbitration Act) Act, 1965: It was enacted on 25th September 1965 & came into force on 15th June 1966, to provide for the extension of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and the Arbitration Act, 1940, to the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu and for certain other matters.

🌟 1956ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி அட்லாண்டிக் பெருங்கடலைக் கடந்த முதலாவது தொலைபேசி கம்பித்திட்டம் டிஏடி-1 நிறுவப்பட்டது - The first telephone line across the Atlantic Ocean, TAT-1, was installed on September 25, 1956.

🌟 1920ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி இந்திய ராக்கெட் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர் சதீஷ் தவான் பிறந்தார் - Indian rocket researcher Satish Dhawan was born on September 25, 1920.

🌟 1513ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி வாஸ்கோ நுனேஸ் டி பால்போவா, பசிபிக் பெருங்கடலை முதன் முதலில் கண்ட ஐரோப்பியர் ஆவர் - Vasco Nunez de Balboa was the first European to see the Pacific Ocean on September 25, 1513.
