சர்வதேச சாக்லேட் தினம் - International Chocolate Day :
✒️International Chocolate Day is celebrated worldwide on 13th September. Milton S.Hershey invented the 'Carmel Candy' chocolate. In 1990, the chocolate was given a new form. We celebrate his birthday as Chocolate Day. Regular chocolate consumption is associated with a 21 percent lower risk of stroke, 29 percent lower risk of cardiovascular disease, and 45 percent lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease, according to clinical studies.
Note: The U.S.National Confectioners Association declared 13th September as International Chocolate Day and World Chocolate Day is also celebrated on 7th July every year to commemorate the invention of chocolate.
- உலகமெங்கும் சர்வதேச சாக்லேட் தினம் செப்டம்பர் 13ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. மில்டன் எஸ்.ஹெர்ஷே என்பவர், 'கார்மெல் கேண்டி" சாக்லேட்டை கண்டுபிடித்தார். 1990ஆம் ஆண்டு அந்த சாக்லேட்டிற்கு புது வடிவம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. இவருடைய பிறந்த நாளை சாக்லேட் தினமாக கொண்டாடுகிறோம்.
- தொடர்ந்து சாக்லேட் எடுத்துக் கொள்வதால் பக்கவாத பாதிப்பு 21 சதவீதமும், இருதயம் தொடர்பான நோயில் இருந்து 29 சதவீதமும், இருதய நோயால் உயிரிழப்பதில் இருந்து 45 சதவீதமும் பாதுகாப்பு கிடைக்கிறது என மருத்துவ ரீதியான ஆய்வுகளில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

சையது முஜ்தபா அலி - Syed Mujtaba Ali - Bengali Writer & Polyglot :
✒️Bengali writer and multilingual scholar Syed Mujtaba Ali was born on 13 September 1904 in Karimganj, Bengal (now in Assam). A native speaker of Bengali, he was an expert in 15 languages including French, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, Sanskrit, Marathi, Gujarati and English. He wrote many stories in Bengali based on his own life experiences. His unique style made these stories very popular. 'Deshe Bideshe', 'Ramya Rachana', 'Panchatantra' are his best works. He has received many awards like Ananda Puraskar. Syed Mujtaba Ali, a creator beyond the boundaries of time, nation, religion and language, passed away on 11th February 1974.
- வங்காள எழுத்தாளரும், பன்மொழி அறிஞருமான சையது முஜ்தபா அலி 1904ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 13ஆம் தேதி வங்காள மாகாணத்தின் கரீம்கஞ்ச் நகரில் (தற்போது அசாமில் உள்ளது) பிறந்தார்.
- வங்காள மொழியை தாய்மொழியாக கொண்ட இவர் பிரெஞ்ச், அரபி, பாரசீகம், உருது, இந்தி, சமஸ்கிருதம், மராத்தி, குஜராத்தி, ஆங்கிலம் உட்பட 15 மொழிகளில் நிபுணராக திகழ்ந்தார்.
- சொந்த வாழ்க்கை அனுபவங்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு வங்காள மொழியில் பல கதைகளை எழுதினார். இவரது தனித்துவமான பாணியால் இக்கதைகள் மிகவும் பிரபலமடைந்தன. 'தேஷெ பிதேஷெ" (Deshe Bideshe), 'ரம்ய ரச்னா" (Ramya Rachana), 'பஞ்சதந்த்ரா" (Panchatantra) ஆகியவை இவரது சிறந்த படைப்புகளாகும்.
- இவர் ஆனந்த புரஸ்கார் போன்ற பல விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளார். கால, தேச, மத, மொழி எல்லைகளுக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட படைப்பாளியான சையத் முஜ்தபா அலி 1974ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி 11ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
