✒️Kiran Desai, the youngest Booker Prize-winning Indian writer, was born on September 3, 1971, in New Delhi, the capital of India. Her first novel 'Hullabaloo in the Guava Orchard' was published in 1998 and won the Betty Trask Award. Her next novel 'The Inheritance of Loss' was praised by many literary critics and won her the Booker Prize for 2006.

• மிக இளம் வயதில் புக்கர் விருது பெற்ற இந்திய பெண் எழுத்தாளர் கிரண் தேசாய் 1971ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 3ஆம் தேதி இந்தியாவின் தலைநகரமான புதுடில்லியில் பிறந்தார்.
