✒️Today is Swami Vivekananda's memorial day, who was a pioneer of youth, was born on January 12, 1863 in Kolkata. His birthday, 12th January was declared as "National Youth Day" by the Government of India in 1984. He was the chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and founded organizations like 'Sri Ramakrishna Math' and 'Sri Ramakrishna Mission'. He dedicated his life to the betterment of the poor, the welfare of the helpless and the downtrodden, and to the nation. He sowed the seed of self-reliance among Indians who were in the dark under British rule. His solemn, pearly words and magnificent eloquence awakened the dormant national spirit. Attending the Chicago World Congress of Religions in 1893, he began his speech with, 'Brothers and Sisters of America!'. He also went to England and many people became his disciples there and most famous among them was 'Sister Nivedita'. Swami Vivekananda a beacon for India, died at the young age of 39 (July 4, 1902).

✒️இளைஞர்களின் முன்னோடி சுவாமி விவேகானந்தரின் நினைவு நாள். இவர் 1863ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 12ஆம் தேதி கல்கத்தாவில் பிறந்தார்.‌ இவர் பிறந்த தினமான ஜனவரி 12ஆம் தேதியை இந்திய அரசு 1984ஆம் ஆண்டு தேசிய இளைஞர் தினமாக அறிவித்தது. இவர் ராமகிருஷ்ணா பரமஹம்சரின் தலைமை சீடராவார். மேலும் 'ஸ்ரீ ராமகிருஷ்ணர் மடம்' மற்றும் 'ஸ்ரீ ராமகிருஷ்ணா மிஷன்' போன்ற அமைப்புகளையும் நிறுவியவர். சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர் அவர்கள், ஏழை மக்களின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்காகவும், உதவியற்றோர் மற்றும் ஒடுக்கப்பட்டோரின் நலனுக்காகவும், நாட்டிற்காகவும் தனது வாழ்க்கையை அர்ப்பணித்தார். ஆங்கிலேயர் ஆட்சியில், இருண்டுக் கிடந்த இந்தியர்களுக்கு மத்தியில் ஆர்வத்தைத் தூண்டும் விதமாக தன்னம்பிக்கை என்னும் விதையை விதைத்தார். அவரது ஆணித்தரமான, முத்துப் போன்ற வார்த்தைகளும், பிரமாதமான பேச்சுத்திறனும் உறங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்த தேசிய உணர்வைத் தூண்டியது. 1893ஆம் ஆண்டு சிகாகோ உலக மதங்களின் மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொண்டு உரையை தொடங்குவதற்கு முன், 'அமெரிக்காவின் சகோதர, சகோதரிகளே!' என்று ஆரம்பித்தார். சுவாமி விவேகானந்தர் இங்கிலாந்துக்கும் சென்றார். அங்கே பல மக்கள் இவருக்கு சீடர்களாக மாறினர். அவர்களில் மிகவும் பிரபலமானவர், 'சகோதரி நிவேதிதா'. இந்தியாவிற்கு ஒரு கலங்கரை விளக்கமாக திகழ்ந்த இவர் தன்னுடைய 39வது வயதில் 1902ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 4ஆம் தேதி காலமானார்.

Gulzarilal Nanda - Former Prime Minister of India

குல்சாரிலால் நந்தா - Gulzarilal Nanda - Former Prime Minister of India - Economist :

✒️Former Prime Minister of India and freedom fighter Gulzarilal Nanda was born on 4th July 1898 in Sialkot, Punjab. He was the interim Prime Minister of India twice for 13 days each. He served as interim Prime Minister for the first time when Jawaharlal Nehru died in 1964 and for the second time when Lal Bahadur Shastri died in 1966. He is a Gandhian who adheres to the principles of Gandhi. The Government of India honored him with the Bharat Ratna in 1997. An Indian politician and economist specializing in labor issues, he died on 15 January 1998 at the age of 99.

✒️ இந்தியாவின் முன்னாள் பிரதமரும், விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வீரருமான குல்சாரிலால் நந்தா 1898ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 4ஆம் தேதி பஞ்சாப் மாகாணத்திலுள்ள சியால்கோட் என்னுமிடத்தில் பிறந்தார். இவர் இரண்டு முறை தலா 13 நாட்கள் இந்தியாவின் இடைக்கால பிரதமராக இருந்துள்ளார். 1964ல் ஜவஹர்லால் நேரு இறந்தபொழுது முதல் முறையும், 1966-ல் லால் பகதூர் சாஸ்திரி இறந்தபொழுது இரண்டாவது முறையும் இடைக்கால பிரதமராக பதவி வகித்தார். இவர் காந்தியின் கொள்கைகளை கடைபிடிக்கும் காந்தியவாதி ஆவார். இந்திய அரசு இவருக்கு 1997ல் பாரத ரத்னா விருது கொடுத்து கௌரவித்தது. இந்திய அரசியல்வாதியும், தொழிலாளர் சிக்கலில் நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்ற பொருளாதார அறிஞருமான இவர் 1998ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதம் 15ந் தேதி தனது 99வது வயதில் மறைந்தார்.

Giuseppe Garibaldi - Revolutionary

கரிபால்டி - Giuseppe Garibaldi - Italian Revolutionary :

✒️Garibaldi, the father of New Italy, was born on July 4, 1807 in Nice, France. He joined the movement to create a united Italy. The fame of the volunteer corps he created in Italy spread throughout the world. Many places like Austria, Varese, Como were conquered under his leadership. He fought for people's rights and never fought for office. He was hailed as 'Hero of the Two Worlds' due to his important role in military revolutions. Garibaldi, who possessed extraordinary military prowess, bravery, decisiveness, and initiative, died on June 2, 1882, at the age of 74.

✒️புதிய இத்தாலியின் தந்தையான கரிபால்டி 1807ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 4ஆம் தேதி பிரான்ஸின் நைஸ் நகரில் பிறந்தார். இவர் ஒருங்கிணைந்த இத்தாலியை உருவாக்கும் இயக்கத்தில் இணைந்து போராடினார். இத்தாலியில் இவர் உருவாக்கிய தொண்டர் படையின் புகழ், உலகம் முழுவதும் பரவியது. இவரது தலைமையில் ஆஸ்திரியா, வெர்சி, கோமோ ஆகிய பல இடங்கள் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டன. மக்களின் உரிமைகளுக்காகப் போராடிய இவர் ஒருபோதும் பதவிக்காகப் போராடியதில்லை. ராணுவப் புரட்சிகளில் முக்கியப் பங்காற்றியதால் 'ஹீரோ ஆஃப் டூ வேர்ல்ட்ஸ்' (Hero of the Two Worlds) என்று போற்றப்பட்டார். அசாதாரண ராணுவத்திறன், வீரம், முடிவெடுக்கும் ஆற்றல், செயல்திட்டம் என அனைத்தும் ஒருங்கே பெற்ற கரிபால்டி 1882ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 2ந் தேதி தனது 74வது வயதில் மறைந்தார்.
