Pratibha Patil - Former President of India

பிரதீபா பாட்டில் - Pratibha Patil - Former President of India - Lawyer :

✒️Mrs.Pratibha Devisingh Patil, the first woman President of India, was born on 19th December 1934 in a village called Nandgaon in the Jalgaon district of Maharashtra. She started her career as a practicing lawyer in Jalgaon District Court. At the age of 27, she was elected to the Maharashtra state assembly from the Jalgaon constituency. For four consecutive years, she was elected MLA from Edlabad (Muktainagar) constituency. She has held various positions in the Government and in the Maharashtra Assembly. From 1967 to 1972, she served as the Deputy Minister of Education and held various ministerial posts ranging from Public Health to Tourism and Parliamentary Affairs. She took over as the Governor of Rajasthan on 8th November 2004 and held the post till 23rd June 2007. She later served as the President of India from 25th July 2007 to 25th July 2012.

இந்தியாவின் முதலாவது பெண் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் திருமதி.பிரதீபா தேவிசிங் பாட்டில் அவர்கள் மகாராஷ்டிராவிலுள்ள ஜல்கோன் மாவட்டத்தில் இருக்கும் நத்கோன் என்ற கிராமத்தில் 1934ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 19ஆம் தேதி பிறந்தார்.

இவர் ஜல்கோன் மாவட்ட நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஒரு பயிற்சி வழக்கறிஞராக தனது வாழ்க்கையை தொடங்கினார். இவரது 27வது வயதில், ஜல்கோன் சட்டமன்ற தொகுதியிலிருந்து, மகாராஷ்டிரா மாநில சட்டமன்றத்திற்காக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.

நான்கு ஆண்டுகள் தொடர்ச்சியாக, இவர் எட்லாபாத் (முக்தாய் நகர்) தொகுதியில் இருந்து எம்.எல்.ஏவாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். இவர், அரசின் பல்வேறு பதவிகளிலும், மகாராஷ்டிரா சட்டமன்றத்திலும் வெவ்வேறு பதவிகள் வகித்துள்ளார்.

1967ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 1972ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை, கல்வித் துணை அமைச்சராகப் பணியாற்றிய இவர், பொது சுகாதாரத்துறையிலிருந்து சுற்றுலாத்துறை, பாராளுமன்ற விவகாரத்துறை போன்ற பல அமைச்சர் பதவிகளையும் வகித்துள்ளார்.

இவர் 2004ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 8ஆம் தேதி அன்று ராஜஸ்தான் கவர்னராகப் பொறுப்பேற்று, 2007ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூன் 23ஆம் தேதி வரை அப்பதவியில் இருந்தார். பின்பு 2007ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 25ஆம் தேதி முதல் 2012ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 25ஆம் தேதி வரை இந்தியாவின் குடியரசு தலைவராகப் பதவி வகித்துள்ளார்.

ருடால்ஃப் ஹெல் - Rudolf Hell - German Engineer - Inventor :

✒️Rudolf Hell, inventor of the video camera tube, was born on 19th December 1901 in Germany. In 1920 he invented the Hellschreiber device, the forerunner of the fax device used to send messages from one place to another. This device was a pioneer for fax, telex and color scanner. His 'Hell Recorder' tool was so popular in the telecommunications industry that he started his own company in 1929. In 1932 he invented the tool called the Electro Mechanical Helical Scan Print System. He has received numerous awards, including the Gold Medal of the Vienna Photographic Society. Rudolf Hell, acclaimed teacher of telecommunications was died on 11th march 2002.

இவரது 'ஹெல் ரெக்கார்டர்" கருவி, தகவல் தொடர்பு துறையில் பெரும் வரவேற்பை பெற்றதால், 1929ஆம் ஆண்டு சொந்த நிறுவனத்தை தொடங்கினார். இவர் 1932ஆம் ஆண்டு எலக்ட்ரோ மெக்கானிக்கல் ஹெலிகல் ஸ்கேன் பிரிண்ட் சிஸ்டம் என்ற கருவியைக் கண்டுபிடித்தார்.

வியன்னா போட்டோகிராஃபிக் சொசைட்டியின் தங்கப்பதக்கம் உள்ளிட்ட பல விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளார். தொலைத்தொடர்பு துறையின் ஆசானாக போற்றப்படும் ருடால்ஃப் ஹெல் 2002ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் 11ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟The Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 : It was enacted on 19th December 1962 & came into force on 18th March 1963, to provide for the incorporation and regulation of corporations for the purpose of warehousing of agricultural produce and certain other commodities and for matters connected therewith.

🌟The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 : It was enacted on 19th December 1972 & came into force on 15th May 1973, to give effect to the Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to international carriage by air signed at Warsaw on the 12th day of October, 1929 and to the said Convention as amended by the Hague Protocol on the 28th day of September, 1955 and also to the Montreal Convention signed on the 28th day of May, 1999 and to make provision for applying the rules contained in the said Convention in its original form and in the amended form (subject to exceptions, adaptations and modifications) to non-international carriage by air and for matters connected therewith.

🌟 1927ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 19ஆம் தேதி இந்திய விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வீரர் ராம் பிரசாத் பிசுமில் மறைந்தார் - On December 19, 1927, Indian freedom fighter Ram Prasad Bismil was passed away.
