It can also be about an event. In that line today we are going to know about "World Autism Awareness Day - International Children's Book Day - Varahaneri Venkatesa Subramaniam Aiyar - First Theater in the United States."


உலக ஆட்டிசம் விழிப்புணர்வு தினம் - World Autism Awareness  Day :

✒️World Autism Awareness Day is observed on 2nd April. Autism is a disorder characterized by a variety of brain developmental disabilities. Research is being done to cure it completely. How to deal with people suffering from autism? In what manner should patronage be done? This is observed on this day to signify that.

✒️உலக ஆட்டிசம் விழிப்புணர்வு தினம் ஏப்ரல் 2ஆம் தேதி கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.

  • ஆட்டிசம் என்பது பல்வேறு வகையான மூளை வளர்ச்சிக் குறைபாடுகளைக் கொண்ட நோயாகும். இதனை முற்றிலும் குணப்படுத்த ஆராய்ச்சி மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

  • ஆட்டிசம் என்னும் மூளை வளர்ச்சிக் குறைபாட்டால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களை எப்படிக் கையாள வேண்டும்? எந்த முறையில் அனுசரணையாக நடந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்? என்பதை உணர்த்தும் வகையில் இத்தினம் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது.


சர்வதேச சிறுவர் புத்தக தினம் - International Children's Book Day:

✒️International Children's Book Day is celebrated on April 2 every year since 1967. This day commemorates the birthday (April 2, 1805) of Hans Christian Andersen, a lifelong writer of children's stories. It is also celebrated to promote the interest in reading books and draw attention to children's books.

✒️சர்வதேச சிறுவர் புத்தக தினம் 1967ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஏப்ரல் 2ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. 

  • வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் சிறுவர்களுக்காக கதைகளை எழுதிய ஹான்ஸ் கிறிஸ்டியன் ஆண்டர்சன் என்பவரின் பிறந்த நாளும் (ஏப்ரல் 2, 1805) இந்நாளில் நினைவு கூறப்படுகிறது.

  • மேலும், புத்தகம் படிக்கும் ஆர்வத்தை ஊக்குவித்தல் மற்றும் குழந்தைகளுக்கான புத்தகங்களின்மீது கவனத்தை ஈர்த்தல் போன்ற நோக்கத்திற்காகவும் இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

V.V.S.AIYER - INDIAN REVOLUTIONARY
வ.வே.சுப்பிரமணிய ஐயர் - Varahaneri Venkatesa Subramaniam Aiyar (Indian revolutionary from Tamil Nadu who fought against British colonial rule in India):

✒️V.V.S.Iyer, a freedom fighter and the father of modern Tamil short story, was born on 2nd April 1881 in Varahaneri, Trichy district. When he went to London in 1907, he became a member of the Abhinav Bharat Society, which was secretly run by the Freedom Revolutionaries. He refused to take the oath as he would only be awarded the degree if he took the oath of allegiance to the British monarchy at the graduation ceremony. He participated in the freedom struggle along with Sri Aurobindo, Bharathiyar and Neelakanda Brahmachari. He was attracted by Gandhi and became a non-violent activist. He has also written several books including "Kulathankarai Arasamaram", "Mangaiyarkarasi's Kadhal", "Kambaramayanam - A Study", "Majini's Biography", "Napoleon's Biography". Hailed as the father of the modern Tamil short story, he died on 3rd June 1925.

✒️சுதந்திர போராட்ட வீரரும், தமிழ் நவீன சிறுகதையின் தந்தை எனவும் போற்றப்பட்ட வ.வே.சு. ஐயர் (வரகனேரி வேங்கடேச சுப்பிரமணிய ஐயர்) 1881ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 2ஆம் தேதி திருச்சி மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள வரகனேரியில் பிறந்தார்.

  • இவர் 1907ஆம் ஆண்டு லண்டன் சென்றபோது சுதந்திர புரட்சி வீரர்களின் தொடர்பு மூலம், அவர்கள் ரகசியமாக நடத்தி வந்த அபிநவ பாரத் சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினராக சேர்ந்தார்.

  • இவர் பட்டமளிப்பு விழாவில் பிரிட்டிஷ் ராஜ விசுவாச பிரமாணம் எடுத்துக் கொண்டால்தான், பட்டம் வழங்கப்படும் என்பதால் அந்த உறுதிமொழியை எடுத்துக்கொள்ள மறுத்துவிட்டார்.

  • இவர் ஸ்ரீ அரவிந்தர், பாரதியார், நீலகண்ட பிரம்மச்சாரி ஆகியோருடன் இணைந்து விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்றார். இவர் காந்தியால் கவரப்பட்டு அகிம்சவாதியாக மாறினார்.

  • இவர் குளத்தங்கரை அரசமரம், மங்கையர்க்கரசியின் காதல், 'கம்பராமாயணம் - எ ஸ்டடி", மாஜினியின் வாழ்க்கை வரலாறு, நெப்போலியனின் வாழ்க்கை வரலாறு உள்ளிட்ட பல நூல்களையும் எழுதியுள்ளார்.

  • தமிழ் நவீன சிறுகதையின் தந்தை என்று போற்றப்படும் இவர் 1925ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 3ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟The Gold Bonds (Immunities and Exemptions) Act, 1993: It was enacted on 2nd April 1993 & as per Sec 1(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 31st January, 1993, to provide for certain immunities to the subscribers of the Gold Bonds and for certain exemptions from direct taxes in relation to such Bonds and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.


🌟The Official Secrets Act, 1923 : It was enacted & enforced on 2nd April 1923, to consolidate and amend the law relating to official secrets.


🌟The Multimodal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993 : It was enacted on 2nd April 1993 & as per Sec 1(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th day of October, 1992, to provide for the regulation of the multimodal transportation of goods, from any place in India to a place outside India, on the basis of a multimodal transport contract and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.


🌟 1902ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 2ஆம் தேதி அமெரிக்காவின் முதல் திரையரங்கு லாஸ் ஏஞ்சல்ஸ் நகரில் திறக்கப்பட்டது - On April 2, 1902, the first theater in the United States opened in Los Angeles.


🌟2011ஆம் ஆண்டு, ஏப்ரல் 2ஆம் தேதி, இந்தியா 6 விக்கெட் வித்தியாசத்தில் இலங்கையை வீழ்த்தி ஐசிசி கிரிக்கெட் உலகக் கோப்பையை (50 ஓவர்கள்) வென்றது - In 2011, 2nd April, India won the ICC Cricket World Cup (50 Overs) by defeating Sri Lanka by 6 wickets.
