Thakkar Bapa - Fighter for Downtrodden

தக்கர் பாபா - Thakkar Bapa - Indian Social Worker :

✒️Amritlal Vithaldas Thakkar Bapa was born on 29th November 1869 in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. 

• He worked for 10 years as a railway engineer in Sholapur, Bhavnagar and Porbandar. He then moved to Uganda in 1900 on a 3-year contract.

• After returning India from Uganda, he got a job as a railway chief engineer in Sangli. Then there was the introduction of Mahatma Gandhi by Gopalakrishna Gokhale. He started school for their children from the dawn of the downtrodden workers.

• Gandhiji said flexibly that he is jealous when he sees Bapa and further he says that even he could not do charity as Bapa did for the downtrodden, aboriginal people. 

• Thakkar Bapa, who worked tirelessly to eradicate untouchability all his life was passed away on 20th January 1951.

• The Government of india issued a stamp in his honour in 1969.

✒️தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட மக்களின் மேம்பாட்டிற்காக வாழ்க்கையை அர்ப்பணித்த அம்ரித்லால் விதல்தாஸ் தக்கர் பாபா 1869ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 29ஆம் தேதி குஜராத் மாநிலம் பாவ்நகரில் பிறந்தார்.

• இவர் ஷோலாப்பூர், பாவ்நகர், போர்பந்தர் உள்ளிட்ட இடங்களில் ரயில்வே பொறியாளராக 10 ஆண்டுகள் பணியாற்றினார். பின்பு இவர் 3 ஆண்டு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் 1900ஆம் ஆண்டு உகாண்டா நாட்டுக்கு சென்றார்.

• பின்பு தாயகம் திரும்பியதும், சாங்லி நகரில் ரயில்வே தலைமைப் பொறியாளர் வேலை கிடைத்தது. அப்போது கோபாலகிருஷ்ண கோகலே மூலம் மகாத்மா காந்தியின் அறிமுகமும் கிடைத்தது. தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட தொழிலாளர்களின் விடிவெள்ளியாக இருந்து அவர்களது குழந்தைகளுக்காக பள்ளிக்கூடம் தொடங்கினார்.

• தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட, ஆதிவாசி மக்களுக்காக பாபா சேவையாற்றியதுபோல என்னால்கூட தொண்டு செய்ய முடியவில்லை. பாபாவைப் பார்த்தால் பொறாமையாக இருக்கிறது என்று நெகிழ்ச்சியுடன் கூறினார் காந்திஜி.

• தீண்டாமையை ஒழிக்க வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் அயராது பாடுபட்ட தக்கர் பாபா 1951ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 20ந் தேதி  மறைந்தார்.

• இந்திய அரசு 1969 ஆம் ஆண்டு அவரது நினைவாக தபால் தலையை வெளியிட்டது.

சர்வதேச பாலஸ்தீன மக்கள் ஒற்றுமை தினம் - International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People Day :

✒️ Palestinian Solidarity Day is celebrated on November 29. UN The General Assembly has repeatedly tried to protect peace and people's rights in Palestine. However, the problem could not be solved. So it was announced in 1979 to create awareness and unity among the Palestinian people.

• சர்வதேச பாலஸ்தீன மக்கள் ஒற்றுமை தினம் நவம்பர் 29ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. ஐ.நா. பொதுச்சபை பாலஸ்தீனத்தில் அமைதி மற்றும் மக்களின் உரிமையைப் பாதுகாக்க பலமுறை முயன்றது. இருப்பினும் பிரச்சனை தீர்க்க முடியாமல் போனது. எனவே பாலஸ்தீன மக்களிடம் விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தி ஒற்றுமையைக் கொண்டுவர 1979ஆம் ஆண்டு இத்தினம் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

என்.எஸ்.கிருஷ்ணன் - Nagercoil Sudalaimuthu Krishnan (Kalaivanar, NSK), Indian Actor, Comedian, Theatre Artist, Playback Singer & Writer :

✒️Tamil film comedian Kalaivanar N.S.Krishnan was born on 29th November 1908 in Nagercoil. He used to sell solapuri, peanut candy and murukku in theater. Then there was a lot of interest in drama. Seeing his son's interest, his father enrolled him in the Original Boys Company. He worked in many theater companies. He has written and composed many plays. Even when he made his mark in the film industry, his love for drama did not diminish. The film that started his career in the film industry was 'Sathileelavathi'. When he was compared to Charlie Chaplin, he said with self-control, 'Even if Chaplin cut into thousand pieces, I wouldn't equivalent to him for even one piece.' He acted in about 150 films in a short span of time. In 1947, he was awarded the title of 'Kalaivanar' by Tiruvallikeni Nataraja Education Institute, Chennai. Kalaivanar, who revolutionized comedy, passed away 30th August 1957.

• தமிழ் திரைப்பட நகைச்சுவை நடிகர் கலைவாணர் என்.எஸ்.கிருஷ்ணன் 1908ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 29ஆம் தேதி நாகர்கோவிலில் பிறந்தார்.

• இவர் ஒரு நாடக கொட்டகையில் சோளப்பொரி, கடலை மிட்டாய், முறுக்கு ஆகியவற்றை விற்பனை செய்து வந்தார். அப்பொழுது நாடகத்தின் மீது அதிக ஈர்ப்பு ஏற்பட்டது. மகனின் ஆர்வத்தைக் கண்ட இவருடைய தந்தை இவரை ஒரிஜினல் பாய்ஸ் கம்பெனியில் சேர்த்துவிட்டார். இவர் பல நாடக கம்பெனிகளில் பணியாற்றினார்.

• இவர் பல நாடகங்களை எழுதி இயற்றியுள்ளார். இவர் திரையுலகில் கொடிகட்டிப் பறந்தபோதும் நாடகம் மீதுள்ள ஈர்ப்பு இவருக்கு குறையவில்லை. இவரது திரையுலக வாழ்வைத் தொடங்கிவைத்த படம் 'சதிலீலாவதி". சார்லி சாப்ளினுடன் ஒப்பிட்டுப் பேசியதற்கு, 'சாப்ளினை ஆயிரம் துண்டு போட்டாலும் அதில் ஒரு துண்டுக்குகூட நான் ஈடாக மாட்டேன்" என்று தன்னடக்கத்துடன் கூறினார்.

• குறுகிய காலத்தில் சுமார் 150 திரைப்படங்களில் நடித்தவர். 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு சென்னை திருவல்லிக்கேணி நடராஜா கல்விக் கழகம் சார்பில் இவருக்கு 'கலைவாணர்" பட்டம் வழங்கப்பட்டது. நகைச்சுவையில் புரட்சியை ஏற்படுத்திய கலைவாணர் 1957ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்டு 30ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟 அலைக் கோட்பாட்டில் டாப்ளர் விளைவுக்கு மிகவும் பிரபலமான ஆஸ்திரிய கணிதவியலாளர் கிறிஸ்டியன் டாப்ளர் 1803 ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 29 ஆம் தேதி ஆஸ்திரியாவின் சால்ஸ்பர்க்கில் பிறந்தார் - Austrian mathematician Christian Doppler, best known for the Doppler effect in wave theory, was born on November 29, 1803, in Salzburg, Austria.

🌟 நவம்பர் 29, 1949 அன்று, கிழக்கு ஜெர்மனியில் யுரேனியம் சுரங்கத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட வெடிப்பில் 3,700 பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர் - On November 29, 1949, an explosion at a uranium mine in East Germany killed 3,700 people.

🌟 1993ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 29ஆம் தேதி இந்திய தொழிலதிபர் ஜே.ஆர்.டி.டாடா மறைந்தார் - Indian businessman J.R.D.Tata passed away on November 29, 1993.
