தேசிய குடிமை பணிகள் தினம் - Indian Civil Services day :

✒️National Civil Service Day (a) Civil Service Day is observed on 21st April every year. It is celebrated for the commitment to meet the challenges of the changing times and to implement them with determination. IAS is considered as important for the development of the country. (Administrative), I.P.S. (Police), I.F.S. (Forest Department), this festival is celebrated to honor the officials.

✒️ ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஏப்ரல் 21ஆம் தேதி தேசிய குடிமை பணிகள் தினம் (அ) சிவில் சேவை தினம் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது. மாறிவரும் காலத்தின் சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்ள அர்ப்பணிப்பு நோக்குடன் அதனை மன உறுதியுடன் செயல்படுத்துவதற்காக இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு முக்கியமாக கருதப்படும் ஐ.ஏ.எஸ். (நிர்வாகம்), ஐ.பி.எஸ். (காவல்துறை), ஐ.எப்.எஸ். (வனத்துறை) அதிகாரிகளை கௌரவிக்கும் வகையில் இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகின்றது. 

Max Weber - Sociologist

மேக்ஸ் வெபர் - Maximilian Karl Emil Weber - German Sociologist - Historian -  Jurist - Political Economist :

✒️World famous sociologist Max Weber was born on April 21, 1864 in Erfurt, Germany. His full name was Maximilian Karl Emil Weber. In 1903, he was appointed editor of the famous leading social science magazine. He wrote numerous social science articles in this journal. The article "The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism" written by him in 1905 became very popular. Then it was published as a book. Max Weber, who started modern studies in public administration and sociology, died on June 14, 1920.

✒️ உலக புகழ்பெற்ற சமூகவியலாளர் மேக்ஸ் வெபர் 1864ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 21ஆம் தேதி ஜெர்மனியில் உள்ள எர்ஃபர்ட் நகரில் பிறந்தார். இவருடைய முழுப்பெயர் மேக்ஸ்மில்லியன் கார்ல் எமில் வெபர். இவர் 1903ஆம் ஆண்டு பிரபல முன்னணி சமூக அறிவியல் இதழில் ஆசிரியராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். இந்த இதழில் ஏராளமாக சமூக அறிவியல் கட்டுரைகள் எழுதினார். 1905ஆம் ஆண்டு இவர் எழுதிய 'தி ப்ரொடஸ்டன்ட் எதிக் அன்ட் தி ஸ்பிரிட் ஆஃப் கேப்பிடலிசம்" (The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism) கட்டுரை மிகவும் பிரபலமடைந்தது. பின்பு அது புத்தகமாக வெளியிடப்பட்டது. பொது நிர்வாகத்துறையிலும், சமூகவியலிலும் தற்கால ஆய்வுகளை தொடங்கி வைத்த மேக்ஸ் வெபர் 1920ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 14ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

வி.கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி - V.krishnamurthi - Children's Writer :

✒️V.Krishnamurthi, who excelled in writing stories for children, was born on April 21, 1925 in a town called Arimalam in Pudukkottai district. He was the first to write a story titled 'Gulrukh' in Kalaimagal. His paper won the first prize at the Manuscript Journals Conference held in Chennai. He used to write many stories under the pseudonym Kausigan. Mali, an illustrator of Ananda Vikatan magazine, recognized his talent and asked him to write children's stories and named him 'Vaandu Mama'. His works like Bale Balu, Samathu Charu in Kalki's 'Kokulam' children's weekly magazine, were well received among children. He passed away on June 12, 2014 after serving more than 60 years in the industry.

✒️ சிறுவர்களுக்கான கதை எழுதுவதில் சிறந்து விளங்கிய வி.கிருஷ்ணமூர்த்தி 1925ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 21ஆம் தேதி புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் அரிமளம் என்ற ஊரில் பிறந்தார். இவர் முதன்முதலாக கலைமகள் இதழில் 'குல்ருக்" என்ற கதை எழுதினார். சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற கையெழுத்து பத்திரிக்கைகள் மாநாட்டில் இவரது பத்திரிக்கை முதல் பரிசு பெற்றது. இவர் கௌசிகன் என்ற புனைப்பெயரில் பல கதைகளை எழுதி வந்தார். ஆனந்தவிகடன் இதழின் ஓவியர் மாலி, இவரது திறனை அறிந்து, சிறுவர் கதைகள் எழுதுமாறு கூறி 'வாண்டு மாமா" என்று பெயர் சூட்டினார். கல்கியின் 'கோகுலம்" குழந்தைகள் வார இதழில் பலே பாலு, சமத்து சாரு போன்ற இவரது படைப்புகள், குழந்தைகள் மத்தியில் பெரும் வரவேற்பை பெற்றன. 60 ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேல் இத்துறையில் பணியாற்றிய இவர் 2014ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 12ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

ஃபிரெட்ரிக் ஃப்ரோபெல் - Friedrich Froebel - Educationist - Founder of Kindergarten (Founded the first kindergarten in Germany in 1837) :

✒️Friedrich Froebel (born 21 April 1782) was a German educator and founder of the kindergarten. kindergarten is a school or class for young children. The term was created by Friedrich Fröbel for the play and activity institute that he created in 1837 in Bad Blankenburg as a social experience for children for their transition from home to school. His goal was that children should be taken care of and nourished in "children's gardens" like plants in a garden. The term kindergarten is used around the world to describe a variety of different institutions that have been developed for children ranging from the ages of two to seven, depending on the country concerned. Many of the activities developed by Fröbel are also used around the world under other names. Singing and growing plants have become an integral part of lifelong learning. Playing, activities, experience, and social interaction are now widely accepted as essential aspects of developing skills and knowledge. In most countries, kindergartens are part of the preschool system of early childhood education. He passed away on 21st June, 1852.

✒️ஃபிரெட்ரிக் ஃப்ரோபெல் 21 ஏப்ரல் 1782-ல் பிறந்தவர், ஜெர்மன் கல்வியாளர், மழலையர் பள்ளியை தோற்றுவித்தவர். "விளையாட்டு என்பது குழந்தை பருவத்தில் மனித வளர்ச்சியின் மிக உயர்ந்த வெளிப்பாடாகும், ஏனெனில் அது குழந்தையின் உள்ளத்தில் உள்ளதை சுதந்திரமாக வெளிப்படுத்துவதாகும்" என்று அவர் நம்பினார். ஃப்ரோபலின் கூற்றுப்படி, விளையாட்டில் குழந்தைகள் உலகத்தைப் பற்றிய அவர்களின் புரிதலை அதன் நேரடி அனுபவத்தின் மூலம் உருவாக்குகிறார்கள். இயற்கையின் மூலம் கற்றல் மற்றும் விளையாட்டின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றிய அவரது கருத்துக்கள் உலகம் முழுவதும் பரவியுள்ளன. இவர் 1852ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 21ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
