✒️Famous Tamil Writer Balakumaran was born on 5th July 1946 in Palamaneri, Chittoor, Thirukkatupalli, Thanjavur district. He has written more than 100 short stories, more than 200 long stories, some poems and essays. Also, he has worked as an assistant director in some films. He has received many awards like Raja Sir Annamalai Chettiar Trust Award (Irumbu kuthiraigal), Literary Thought Award (Merkuri Pookkal), Tamil Nadu State Award (Sukhajeevanam - Short Story Collection) and Kalaimamani. He has earned an indelible place in the writing and film industry due to his brilliant imagination and passed away on July 5, 2018 at the age of 71.

✒️புகழ்பெற்ற தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர் பாலகுமாரன் 1946ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 5ஆம் தேதி தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டம் திருக்காட்டுப்பள்ளியில் உள்ள பழமானேரி என்னும் சிற்றூரில் பிறந்தார். இவர் 100-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட சிறுகதைகளையும், 200-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நெடுங்கதைகளையும், சில கவிதைகளையும், கட்டுரைகளையும் எழுதியுள்ளார். மேலும், இவர் சில படங்களில் உதவி இயக்குநராகவும் பணியாற்றியுள்ளார். ராஜா சர் அண்ணாமலை செட்டியார் ட்ரஸ்ட் விருது (இரும்புக் குதிரைகள்), இலக்கியச் சிந்தனை விருது (மெர்க்குரிப் பூக்கள்), தமிழ்நாட்டு மாநில விருது (சுகஜீவனம் - சிறுகதை தொகுப்பு) மற்றும் கலைமாமணி போன்ற பல விருதுகளை பெற்றுள்ளார். தன்னுடைய எழில்மிகு கற்பனைத் திறனால், எழுத்து மற்றும் திரைத்துறையில் தனக்கென ஒரு நீங்காத இடத்தைப் பெற்ற இவர் 2018ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுலை மாதம் 5ந் தேதி தனது 71வது வயதில் மறைந்தார்.

✒️Evolutionary researcher Ernst Walter Mayr was born on July 5, 1904 in Germany. He was interested in ornithology since his childhood and could easily identify many rare bird species. He named 26 new bird species and 38 new flower species in his lifetime. In 1942, his first book on the "Systematics and the Origin of Species" was published. He has written a total of 25 books. His research led to modern evolutionary research theories and micro theoretical developments in biology. The multi-dimensional Ernest Mayr died on July 5, 2005 at the age of 100.
