இந்திய எரிசக்தி சேமிப்பு தினம் - National Energy Conservation Day :

✒️It must be said that there is no sector where fuel is not used. Mainly the use of petroleum and coal is very high. There is a danger that these fuels will run out on this earth in a few days and become unavailable to us. So, to overcome such situation, fuel should be used sparingly. Therefore, with the aim into the above, National Energy Conservation Day is observed on 14th December and Energy Conservation Week is observed from 14th December to 21st December to emphasize energy conservation.

  • எரிபொருள் பயன்படாத துறையே இல்லை என்றுதான் சொல்ல வேண்டும். முக்கியமாக பெட்ரோலியம் மற்றும் நிலக்கரியின் பயன்பாடு மிக அதிகமாக இருக்கிறது.

  • இன்னும் சிறிது நாட்களில் இந்த எரிபொருட்கள் இந்த பூமியில் தீர்ந்து போய் நமக்கு கிடைக்காமல் போகும் அபாயம் இருக்கிறது. எனவே, நிலைமையை சமாளிக்க எரிபொருளை சிக்கனமாக பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

Vijay Amritraj - Indian Tennis Player

விஜய் அமிர்தராஜ் - Vijay Amritraj - Former Indian Tennis Player -  Sports Commentator -  Actor :

✒️Tennis Player Vijay Amritraj was born on 14th December 1953 in Chennai. He participated in world level tennis tournaments from 1970 to 1993. He led the Indian Davis Cup team that reached the finals in 1974 and 1987. He was the 16th best player in the world in his time. He is a television sports commentator and producer. He has also acted in movies. After retirement, Amritraj has been involved in humanitarian efforts as a United Nations Ambassador of Peace (2001-06) and through his foundation.

  • டென்னிஸ் வீரர் விஜய் அமிர்தராஜ் 1953ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 14ஆம் தேதி சென்னையில் பிறந்தார்.

  • இவர் 1970ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 1993ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை உலக அளவில் டென்னிஸ் போட்டிகளில் கலந்துகொண்டார். 1974ஆம் ஆண்டு மற்றும் 1987ஆம் ஆண்டு இறுதிப் போட்டியை அடைந்த Indian Davis cup குழுவுக்குத் தலைமை தாங்கினார். இவர் உலகத்தின் 16வது சிறந்த ஆட்டக்காரராக இருந்தார்.

🌟The Industrial Disputes (Banking and Insurance Companies) Act, 1949 : It was enacted & enforced on 14th December 1949, to provide for the adjudication of industrial disputes concerning certain banking and insurance companies.


🌟The State-Associated Banks (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1962 : It was enacted on 14th December 1962 & came into force on 1st January 1963, to amend the State Bank of India Act, 1955, the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, and the Bankers Books Evidence Act, 1891, and to provide for the winding up of certain minor State-associated banks and for matters connected therewith.


🌟டீக்கோ பிராஹ், டேனிஷ் வானியலாளர், துல்லியமான மற்றும் விரிவான வானியல் அவதானிப்புகளுக்கு பெயர் பெற்றவர், டிசம்பர் 14, 1546 இல் பிறந்தார் - Tycho Brahe, Danish astronomer, familiar for his accurate & comprehensive astronomical observations, was born on 14th December 1546.


🌟 1900ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 14ஆம் தேதி மாக்ஸ் பிளாங்க் தனது கரும்பொருள் கதிர்வீச்சு பற்றிய கொள்கையை நிறுவினார் - On December 14, 1900, Max Planck established his theory of black body radiation(Plank's Law).


🌟ரைட் சகோதரர்கள் தமது வான்வெளிப் பயணத்தை முதற்தடவையாக 1903 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 14 ஆம் தேதி சோதித்தனர் - The Wright brothers made their first attempt at airflight on December 14, 1903.


🌟 1911ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 14ஆம் தேதி ரோல்ட் அமுண்ட்சென் தலைமையிலான 5 பேர் கொண்ட குழு தென் முனையை அடைந்த முதலாவது மனிதர் என்ற பெயரைப் பெற்றனர் - On December 14, 1911, a five member team led by Roald Amundsen became the first men to reach the South Pole.


🌟 1959ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 14ஆம் தேதி தமிழறிஞர் சோமசுந்தர பாரதியார் மறைந்தார் - Tamil scholar Somasundara Bharathiar passed away on 14th December 1959.


🌟சோவியத் அணு இயற்பியலாளர், நோபல் பரிசு பெற்ற "சோவியத் ஹைட்ரஜன் குண்டின் தந்தை" என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்ற ஆண்ட்ரே டிமிட்ரிவிச் சாகரோவ் 1989 ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 14 ஆம் தேதி காலமானார் - Soviet nuclear physicist Andrei Dmitrievich Sakharov, a Nobel laureate known as the "father of the Soviet hydrogen bomb," died on December 14, 1989.
