சர்வதேச மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தினம் - International Day of Persons with Disabilities :
✒️International Day of Persons with Disabilities is observed on 3rd December every year to emphasize the provision of necessary facilities to persons with disabilities, understand their problems and give them their rights.
- மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு தேவையான வசதிகளை செய்துதர வலியுறுத்தியும், அவர்களின் பிரச்சனைகளை புரிந்துகொண்டு, அவர்களுக்கான உரிமைகளை வழங்க வலியுறுத்தியும், ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் டிசம்பர் 3ஆம் தேதி சர்வதேச மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் தினம் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.
தேசிய வழக்கறிஞர்கள் தினம் - Advocates' Day :
✒️Advocates' Day is celebrated on 3rd December every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Rajendra Prasad, former Constitutional President and President of the Republic, who was inspired by Gandhi's non-cooperation movement and gave up his job and joined the freedom struggle.
- புகழ்பெற்ற வழக்கறிஞராக இருந்தபோதே காந்தியின் ஒத்துழையாமை இயக்கத்தால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டு வேலையைத் துறந்து, விடுதலைப் போராட்டக் களத்தில் முழு மூச்சாக இறங்கியவரும், முன்னாள் அரசியல் சாசன தலைவரும், குடியரசு தலைவருமான டாக்டர்.இராஜேந்திர பிரசாத் அவர்களின் பிறந்த நாளை நினைவுக்கூறும் வகையில் தேசிய வழக்கறிஞர்கள் தினம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் டிசம்பர் 3ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

டாக்டர்.இராஜேந்திர பிரசாத் - Rajendra Prasad - Former President of India - Lawyer - Independence Activist - Politician :
✒️Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India, was born on 3rd December 1884 in Bihar. People affectionately called him Babuji. A renowned lawyer, he was inspired by Gandhiji's non-cooperation movement. After that, he gave up his job as a lawyer and participated in the freedom struggle. The Government of India honored him with the Bharat Ratna Award for leading the Republic of India. Dr. Rajendra Prasad, who served as the President of India twice, passed away on February 28, 1963.
- இந்தியாவின் முதல் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் பாபு இராஜேந்திர பிரசாத் 1884ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 3ஆம் தேதி பீகாரில் பிறந்தார். இவரை மக்கள் பாபுஜி என்று அன்புடன் அழைத்தனர். புகழ்பெற்ற வழக்கறிஞராகப் பணியாற்றிய இவர் காந்திஜியின் ஒத்துழையாமை இயக்கத்தால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டார். பின்பு வழக்கறிஞர் பணியைத் துறந்து, சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்றார்.
- இந்தியக் குடியரசை செம்மையாக வழிநடத்திய இவருக்கு பாரத ரத்னா விருது வழங்கி கௌரவித்தது இந்திய அரசு. இந்திய குடியரசுத் தலைவர் பதவியை இரண்டு முறை வகித்த பெருமைக்குரிய டாக்டர்.இராஜேந்திர பிரசாத் 1963ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி 28ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

| Khudiram Bose - Freedom Fighter |
குதிராம் போஸ் - Khudiram - Freedom Fighter (one of the youngest freedom fighter to be hanged at the age of 18 years) :
✒️Indian freedom fighter Khudiram Bose was born on 3rd December 1889 in Midnapore district, West Bengal. As he was attracted by the speeches of the teachers of the liberation movement, he joined the liberation movement and involved liberation acts. As a result, the British government sentenced him to death (11.08.1908). He was 18 at that time. With the Bhagavad Gita in his hand and the slogan Vande Mataram, this hero was died.
- இந்திய விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வீரர் குதிராம் போஸ் 1889ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 3ஆம் தேதி மேற்கு வங்கத்தின் மிதினாப்பூர் மாவட்டம், ஹபிப்பூர் கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார். விடுதலை இயக்கத்தின் ஆசானாக விளங்கியவர்களின் சொற்பொழிவுகள் இவரை கவர்ந்ததால், விடுதலைப் போராட்ட இயக்கத்தில் இணைந்தார்.
- எனவே, ஆங்கில அரசு இவருக்கு தூக்குத்தண்டனை (1908) விதித்தது. அப்போது அவரின் வயது 18. கையில் பகவத் கீதையுடனும், வந்தே மாதரம் என்ற முழக்கத்துடனும் இந்த மாவீரனின் உயிர் பிரிந்தது.

ரோலண்ட் ஹில் - Sir Rowland Hill - Teacher - Inventor - Postal & Social Reformer :
✒️Rowland Hill, the inventor of the modern postal service, was born on December 3, 1795 in England. At that time, it was the practice of the recipient of the post to pay the fee. According to this, the practice of paying for stamps and affixing them to the post came into practice in 1839. He ended the practice of paying for postage and made postal services available to the poor. The first postage stamps went on sale in 1840. Rowland Hill passed away on August 27, 1879 after making many changes in the postal service until his retirement.
- நவீன அஞ்சல் சேவையை கண்டுபிடித்த ரோலண்ட் ஹில் 1795ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 3ஆம் தேதி இங்கிலாந்தில் பிறந்தார். அப்பொழுது தபால்களைப் பெறுபவர்கள்தான் கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்தும் நடைமுறை இருந்தது.
- இதன்படி, பணம் கொடுத்து ஸ்டாம்ப் வாங்கி, தபாலில் ஒட்டும் பழக்கம் 1839ஆம் ஆண்டு நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது. கட்டணம் செலுத்தி தபாலை பெறும் நடைமுறையை முடிவுக்கு கொண்டுவந்து, ஏழை எளியவர்களும் தபால் சேவையை பெறச் செய்தார். முதல் தபால் தலைகள் 1840ஆம் ஆண்டு விற்பனைக்கு வந்தன. ஓய்வு பெறும்வரை தபால் துறையில் பல மாற்றங்களைச் செய்த ரோலண்ட் ஹில் 1879ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்டு 27ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟The Railways (Employment of Members of the Armed Forces) Act, 1965 : It was enacted & enforced on 3rd December 1965, to make certain provisions relating to the employment of members of the Armed Forces of the Union in the working and management of railways.
🌟The Textiles Committee Act, 1963 : It was enacted on 3rd December 1963 & came into force on 22nd August 1964, to provide for the establishment of a Committee for ensuring the quality of textiles and textile machinery and for matters connected therewith.
🌟 ஸ்பெக்ட்ரோஸ்கோபியில் தனது கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் மற்றும் ஆய்வுகளுக்காக நோபல் பரிசு பெற்ற கார்ல் மான் ஜெயோர்க் சீக்பான், டிசம்பர் 3, 1886 இல் பிறந்தார் - Karl Manne Georg Siegbahn, Nobel laureate for his discoveries and investigations in X-ray spectroscopy, was born on December 3, 1886.
