• விளையாட்டின் மேம்பாட்டிற்கான பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களின் சேவையை அடையாளப்படுத்திக் காட்டுவதற்காக ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஜூலை 02ஆம் தேதி சர்வதேச விளையாட்டு பத்திரிக்கையாளர்கள் தினமாக கொண்டாடப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

✒️Mylswamy Annadurai, an engineer from Tamilnadu, India, was born on July 2, 1958 (today) in the village of Kothavadi in Coimbatore district.

• தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சியாளர் மயில்சாமி அண்ணாதுரை 1958ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 2ஆம் தேதி கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் கோதவாடி என்ற கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார்.

• தனது பொறியியல் படிப்பை முடித்தவுடன் இஸ்ரோ நிறுவனத்தில் இளநிலை ஆய்வாளராக 1982ஆம் ஆண்டு சேர்ந்தார். இவரது திறமையால் செயற்கைக்கோள் முடுக்கியை உருவாக்கும் அணியின் தலைவராக 1985ஆம் ஆண்டு நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.

• பிறகு செயற்கைக்கோள் விண்கலன் இயக்க மேலாளர் (1988), இன்சாட் துணை இயக்குநர் (1994), மேலும் இன்சாட்-2சி, இன்சாட்-2டி, இன்சாட்-3பி, ஜிசாட்-1 ஆகியவற்றின் திட்ட இயக்குநராகவும் பணியாற்றினார்.

• 2004ஆம் ஆண்டு சந்திரயான் திட்ட இயக்குநரானார். அதுமட்டுமல்லாது தொலையுணர்வு செயற்கைக்கோள், மங்கள்யான் போன்றவற்றின் தலைமை இயக்குநராகவும் பணியாற்றியுள்ளார்.

🌟1862ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 2ஆம் தேதி படிகங்களின் அமைப்பைக் கண்டுபிடித்தவரும், எக்ஸ் கதிர் நிறமாலைமானியை உருவாக்கியவருமான சர் வில்லியம் ஹென்றி பிராக் இங்கிலாந்தில் பிறந்தார் - Sir William Henry Bragg, the Australian-born English physicist who discovered the structure of crystals and developed the X-ray spectrometer, was born on 2 July 1862 in England. Henry was the most youngest ever Nobel laureate in physics, having gotten the honor at 25 years old years. He has authored numerous books, like, "X-Rays and Crystal Structure," "The Universe of Light."

🌟1972ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 2ஆம் தேதி இந்தியாவுக்கும், பாகிஸ்தானுக்கும் இடையே சிம்லா ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது - The Simla Agreement was signed between India and Pakistan on 2 July 1972.

🌟1877ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 2ஆம் தேதி உலக புகழ்பெற்ற கவிஞரும், இலக்கியத்திற்கான நோபல் பரிசு பெற்றவருமான ஹெர்மன் ஹெசே ஜெர்மனியில் பிறந்தார் - Hermann Hesse, the world-famous poet and Nobel laureate for literature, was born on July 2, 1877 in Germany.
