In that line today we are going to know about "International Friendship Day - World Day Against Trafficking in Persons - Muthulakshmi Reddy, Doctor, Social Reformer - NIFTEM Act - Malden Island - Henry Ford, Industrialist - Uruguay, Won First Soccer World Cup - Olympic Games, 1932."

சர்வதேச நட்பு தினம் - International Day of Friendship :

✒️Although the proverb says 'Tell me about yourself...I will tell you about your friend'...it applies to any era. Youth are the leaders of the country and social workers. United Nations Council declared International Friends Day in 2011 to unite them through friendship to establish peace and tranquility worldwide. This festival is celebrated on 30th July every year. In some countries including India, Friends Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of August.

• 'உன்னை பற்றி சொல்... உன் நண்பனை பற்றி சொல்கிறேன்" என்பது பழமொழியாக இருந்தாலும்... அது எந்த காலத்திற்கும் பொருந்தும். இளைஞர்களே நாட்டின் தலைவர்கள் மற்றும் சமூகப் பணியாளர்கள். அவர்களை நட்பின்மூலம் இணைப்பதால் உலகளவில் சமாதானம், அமைதி நிலைபெறும் என்பதற்காக ஐ.நா. சபை 2011ஆம் ஆண்டு சர்வதேச நட்பு தினத்தை அறிவித்தது.

• இத்தினம் ஆண்டுதோறும் ஜூலை 30ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. இந்தியா உட்பட சில நாடுகளில் ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் முதல் ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை நண்பர்கள் தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

ஆட்கடத்தலுக்கு எதிரான உலக தினம் - World Day Against Trafficking in Persons :

✒️World Day Against Trafficking in persons is observed on 30th July every year. Human trafficking is a violation of human rights and extremely cruel. Such incidents are happening all over the world. To prevent this cruel, it was discussed during the UN General Assembly meeting and announced to observe this day from 2014.

• ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஜூலை 30ஆம் தேதி ஆட்கடத்தலுக்கு எதிரான உலக தினம் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆட்கடத்தல் என்பது மனித உரிமை மீறல் மற்றும் மிகக் கொடுமையானதாகும். உலகளவில் இதுபோன்ற சம்பவங்கள் நடந்துக்கொண்டே தான் இருக்கின்றன. 

• இதனைத் தடுத்திட ஐ.நா.வின் பொதுச்சபை கூட்டத்தின்போது விவாதிக்கப்பட்டு, 2014ஆம் ஆண்டுமுதல் இத்தினத்தை கடைபிடிக்குமாறு அறிவித்தது.

Muthulakshmi Reddy - Doctor - Social Reformer

முத்துலட்சுமி ரெட்டி - Muthulakshmi Reddy - Doctor - Social Reformer :

✒️Doctor and social activist Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy was born on July 30, 1886 in Pudukottai. Defying the restrictions imposed on women during that period, she joined Madras Medical College as the only woman in a men's college and became the first student in the state. She was the founder of Indian Women Society. She was also the first Deputy Mayor of Chennai Corporation. She was also the first woman elected to the provincial assembly. The current Chennai Adyar Cancer Hospital was started due to her efforts. She has received many awards including the Padma Bhushan Award. Dr.Muthulakshmi Reddy, who did not take anything as an obstacle but took it as a stepping stone, passed away on July 22, 1968 at the age of 82.

• மருத்துவரும், சமூகப் போராளியுமான டாக்டர் முத்துலட்சுமி ரெட்டி 1886ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 30ஆம் தேதி புதுக்கோட்டையில் பிறந்தார்.

• அந்த காலக்கட்டத்தில் பெண்களுக்கு விதிக்கப்பட்ட தடைகளையும் மீறி ஆண்கள் கல்லூரியில் ஒரே பெண்ணாக சென்னை மருத்துவ கல்லூரியில் சேர்ந்து, மாநிலத்திலேயே முதல் மாணவியாக வெற்றி பெற்றார்.

• இந்திய மாதர் சங்கத்தைத் தொடங்கி வைத்தவர் இவர்தான். மேலும் சென்னை மாநகராட்சியின் முதல் துணை மேயர் ஆவார். மாகாண சட்டசபைக்குத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட முதல் பெண்மணியும் இவர்தான்.

• தற்போது உள்ள சென்னை அடையாறு புற்றுநோய் மருத்துவமனை இவரது முயற்சியால் தான் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. இவர் பத்ம பூஷண் விருது உட்பட பல விருதுகளையும் பெற்றுள்ளார்.

• எதையும் தடைக்கற்களாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ளாமல், படிகற்களாக எடுத்துக்கொண்டு முன்னேறிய டாக்டர் முத்துலட்சுமி ரெட்டி 1968ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுலை 22ந் தேதி தனது 82வது வயதில் மறைந்தார்.

🌟The National Institutes of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management Act, 2021: It was enacted on 30th July 2021 & came into force on 1st October 2021, to declare certain institutions of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management to be the institutions of national importance and to provide for instructions and research in food technology, entrepreneurship and management and for the advancement of learning and dissemination of knowledge in such branches and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

🌟 பசிபிக் கடலில் மால்டன் தீவு 1825 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 30 அன்று கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது - Malden Island in the Pacific ocean was discovered on July 30, 1825.

🌟 1863ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 30ஆம் தேதி மாடல் டி காரை உருவாக்கிய ஹென்றி போர்டு அமெரிக்காவின் மிச்சிகன் மாநிலத்தில் பிறந்தார் - On July 30, 1863, Henry Ford, who created the Model T car, was born in Michigan, USA.

🌟 1930ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 30ஆம் தேதி முதலாவது கால்பந்து உலகக்கோப்பையை உருகுவே வென்றது - Uruguay won the first football world cup on July 30, 1930.

🌟கலிபோர்னியாவில் 10வது ஒலிம்பிக் விளையாட்டுகள் 1932 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை 30 அன்று ஆரம்பமாயின - 10th Olympic games started on July 30, 1932, in California.
